Washer and dryer inside condo

I'm aware that HOA has strict policies about washer and dryer being "banned" from inside the condo. Please do not take this wrong but I do not like having my clothes washed and taking it out of washer with dog or cat hair all over. I know that some people have pets but we do not and my 5 year old skin is very sensitive. I know that this is something we have to deal with and I can not forbid people to wash pets stuff but at least HOA should start thinking or at least address possibilitie that we can put washer and dryer inside condos, at least people who want it?
